How to Install an eSIM on Android, Samsung, or Pixel

Learn how Android, Samsung, and Pixel phones can scan a QR code or download an eSIM, then select the right mobile data line after arrival.

Before you start

Confirm the phone supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, has reasonably current software, and has stable Wi-Fi for setup.

Samsung eSIM setup

On many Samsung phones, open Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM, choose the QR code option, scan your Skylano order QR code, and follow the prompts.

Pixel and other Android phones

Pixel usually uses Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM or Download a SIM. If you cannot find it, search Settings for eSIM or SIM Manager.

  • Do not delete after installation
  • Select Skylano eSIM for mobile data after arrival
  • Enable roaming if required
  • Test with a browser or maps app

The device may not support eSIM, the feature may be restricted by region or carrier, or the menu may use a different name.
