Your device must be eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. The quickest check is to dial *#06# and see whether an EID appears. On iPhone, check Settings > General > About; on Samsung, check Settings > Connections > SIM Manager; on Pixel, check Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs.

Yes, if your device supports Dual SIM. You can keep your regular SIM active for calls, SMS, and verification codes while using Skylano eSIM for mobile data. Your home line may still charge roaming fees for calls or SMS abroad.

Do not delete an eSIM unless you are sure you no longer need it, because many QR codes can only be installed once. A travel eSIM usually cannot be transferred after installation or activation. Refund eligibility depends on whether the eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated, or used. Contact Skylano support with your order number as soon as possible.
