5. Orders and Payment

Plans may be subject to fair use policies, reasonable network management, speed reduction, hotspot limitations, congestion effects, or other supplier restrictions.

Issues caused by device incompatibility, device lock, deleted eSIM, failure to follow instructions, missed activation window, operating system limitations, or user error are handled under our Refund Policy and support rules.
