Promotions and Rewards Terms

These Promotions and Rewards Terms apply to Skylano coupons, discounts, Lanocoin, referral rewards, review rewards, free eSIM campaigns, bonus data, account credits, and other promotional benefits offered by Skylano.

Skylano is operated by HONG KONG YUANHUA NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.

1. Scope

Skylano may offer promotional benefits through the website, account center, email, social media, referral links, checkout, customer support, or campaign pages.

Promotional benefits may include:

• coupons;
• discount codes;
• fixed-amount savings;
• data coupons;
• free eSIM campaigns;
• referral rewards;
• review rewards;
• Lanocoin;
• account credits;
• bonus data;
• limited-time offers.

Each promotion may have its own rules shown on the relevant campaign page, account page, email, checkout page, or product page. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific campaign rule, the specific campaign rule will apply to that promotion.

2. Eligibility

Promotions may be limited by:

• account status;
• new or existing customer status;
• destination;
• product or plan type;
• minimum order amount;
• payment method;
• purchase date;
• usage date;
• country or region;
• customer segment;
• campaign source;
• one-time use or quantity limits;
• other conditions stated by Skylano.

Skylano may refuse or cancel promotional benefits if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Coupons and Discounts

Coupons and discounts may reduce the price of eligible orders at checkout. They may be subject to minimum spend, destination restrictions, product restrictions, expiration dates, usage limits, or account restrictions.

Unless Skylano expressly states otherwise:

• coupons cannot be exchanged for cash;
• coupons cannot be transferred, resold, or combined with other offers;
• expired coupons cannot be reissued;
• unused coupon value is not refundable;
• coupons may be canceled if an order is refunded, canceled, disputed, or found to be abusive.

4. Data Coupons and Bonus Data

Data coupons or bonus data may provide additional data, free data, or promotional eSIM service for eligible products or campaigns.

Data coupons and bonus data may be limited by destination, plan type, activation period, validity period, customer account, or campaign rules. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated by Skylano or required by law.

5. Lanocoin

Lanocoin is Skylano account credit that may be earned through eligible purchases, refunds, rewards, referrals, reviews, campaigns, or other activities determined by Skylano.

Unless Skylano states otherwise, 1 Lanocoin equals 1 USD in Skylano account credit value when used on eligible Skylano purchases.

Lanocoin:

• can be used only on eligible Skylano purchases;
• has no cash value outside Skylano unless expressly stated;
• cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into cash unless required by law;
• may be subject to expiration, account limits, usage limits, product restrictions, or campaign rules;
• may be reversed or adjusted if the related order is refunded, canceled, disputed, reversed, or found to be abusive.

6. Referral Rewards

Skylano may offer referral rewards when an eligible customer invites another eligible person to purchase from Skylano.

Referral rewards may depend on the invited customer's first successful purchase, payment status, refund status, account validity, anti-abuse checks, and campaign rules.

Referral rewards may be canceled, delayed, reversed, or adjusted if the referred order is refunded, canceled, disputed, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible.

You must not use misleading claims, spam, paid traffic abuse, fake accounts, self-referrals, unauthorized advertising, or any method that violates applicable law or Skylano policies.

7. Review Rewards

Skylano may offer rewards for eligible customer reviews. Review rewards are intended to encourage genuine feedback and cannot be used to require a positive review.

Skylano may reject, remove, or withhold rewards for reviews that are fraudulent, duplicated, abusive, irrelevant, misleading, unlawful, generated by fake accounts, or inconsistent with normal customer experience.

Customers cannot modify a submitted review unless Skylano provides that feature.

8. Free eSIM Campaigns

Skylano may offer free eSIM campaigns for eligible customers, such as new customers or specific promotional audiences.

Free eSIMs may be limited by destination, plan, quantity, account, device, campaign period, activation period, and other rules shown on the campaign page.

Free eSIMs are promotional benefits and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless Skylano expressly permits it.

Skylano may cancel or refuse free eSIM benefits if there is suspected abuse, duplicate account activity, automated registration, false information, payment risk, or violation of campaign rules.

9. Refunds and Adjustments

If an order involving a promotion is refunded, canceled, reversed, charged back, or found to be abusive, Skylano may cancel, reverse, deduct, or adjust the related promotional benefit.

If Lanocoin or another reward has already been used before reversal, Skylano may deduct the equivalent value from the account balance, reduce future rewards, restrict account benefits, or take other reasonable action.

Refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy.

10. Abuse Prevention

Skylano may cancel, withhold, reverse, or refuse promotional benefits where we reasonably believe there is:

• duplicate account creation;
• self-referral;
• fake identity or misleading information;
• automated registration;
• payment fraud;
• chargeback abuse;
• coupon abuse;
• reward farming;
• unauthorized resale;
• manipulation of reviews;
• violation of campaign rules;
• any conduct inconsistent with normal customer use.

11. Changes and Availability

Skylano may modify, suspend, or end any promotion, coupon, reward, Lanocoin rule, referral program, review reward, free eSIM campaign, or account credit feature at any time for business, operational, legal, fraud prevention, or technical reasons.

Changes will not affect mandatory rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Language

These Promotions and Rewards Terms may be made available in different languages. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
