Skylano referrals let you recommend a travel eSIM to a friend. When the friend registers through your link or invite code and completes their first paid order that meets the offer terms, coupons are added to both accounts. Check the referral page and your coupon wallet for current values and validity.
Where can I find my referral code and link?
Sign in to Skylano and open Invitations in your account. Your personal code and shareable link appear together. Copy either one and send it to your friend, who should register through the link or enter the code during sign-up.
When will the referral coupons arrive?
Coupons do not arrive immediately after registration or payment. They are added to both accounts after the friend’s first paid order that meets the offer terms is fully completed, and can then be viewed in each coupon wallet.
Do both people receive a referral reward?
When the referral offer available at sign-up rewards both people and the later order meets its terms, the referrer and friend each receive the coupon intended for them. The coupons go to separate accounts.
Why does a referral show no reward?
A common reason is that the referral offer was not open when the friend registered. An offer opened later applies to new referrals and does not change earlier records. Cancelled, refunded, incomplete, or non-qualifying orders also do not earn rewards.
Which order counts as the friend’s first order?
The first order after registration that includes a real payment, meets the current referral terms, and is fully completed counts for the reward. Zero-value, cancelled, refunded, incomplete, or non-qualifying orders do not count.
