eSIM for the UK

A United Kingdom eSIM usually works on eSIM-capable phones, tablets, and some laptops that are network-unlocked. Before buying, check your device settings for an EID or review Skylano's compatibility guidance.

After payment, the QR code and setup details are delivered by email and shown on your order page. Install it on stable Wi-Fi before departure so you do not need to look for a connection after arrival.

For maps, rides, messaging, and light browsing, a smaller plan may be enough. If you stream videos, share hotspot, or travel with others, choose more data or a longer validity. Prices, data, and days should be checked on the current plan card.

Install the eSIM before departure, but do not switch it to your main data line too early. After arriving, enable cellular data and data roaming for the eSIM and follow the setup instructions from the page or email.

Yes, travel eSIMs usually need data roaming enabled on the eSIM line to connect to local partner networks. Make sure the data line is set correctly so your primary SIM is not used by mistake.

Most travel eSIM plans allow hotspot sharing, but limits can vary by supplier or plan. Before checkout, check the hotspot label on the plan card, checkout page, and order details.

First confirm you are in the covered destination, the eSIM is enabled, cellular data is set to this eSIM, and data roaming is on. If it still does not connect, restart the device, manually select a network, or contact Skylano support with your order number.

Do not delete an installed eSIM unless you are sure you no longer need it, because some QR codes can only be installed once. An installed or activated eSIM usually cannot be transferred to another device. Refund eligibility follows Skylano's current refund policy and order status.
